Service Description
Pizzoccheri della Valtellina Cooking Class Join Margherita, your native Italian tutor, and Chef Lorenzo for a hands-on culinary journey through Lombardy’s alpine flavours. Learn the story of Pizzoccheri, the region’s signature buckwheat pasta, then craft it from scratch under Lorenzo’s guidance. Layer your homemade pasta with Casera cheese, potatoes, chard and butter – a rustic recipe passed down for generations. As you cook, practise Italian naturally with Margherita through fun culinary expressions and conversation. End the experience with a complimentary toast of grappa and a deeper taste of Valtellina’s rich traditions. Throughout the class, you’ll gain cultural insight into this cherished regional tradition while practising Italian in a relaxed, interactive setting. All Materials Provided: Just bring your curiosity and appetite – we’ll provide everything else. Small Group, Big Experience: To ensure personal attention, spaces are limited for an intimate, hands-on session. Please Note: This event is for participants aged 18 and over. If you have any allergies, please inform us before booking so we can advise accordingly.












Cancellation Policy
We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned! If you are unable to attend a course/class or 1:1 session, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds are not permitted, but we allow rescheduling up to 48 hours before the start time. For cultural and culinary events, cancellations or rescheduling are only possible with at least 30 days’ notice. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling. Should the course provider need to cancel or reschedule a session or event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date.
