Service Description
Private tuition sessions provide a focused and supportive environment, allowing you to progress at your own pace. Please contact Margherita to arrange a suitable time for your session.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned! If you are unable to attend a course/class or 1:1 session, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds are not permitted, but we allow rescheduling up to 48 hours before the start time. For cultural and culinary events, cancellations or rescheduling are only possible with at least 30 days’ notice. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling. Should the course provider need to cancel or reschedule a session or event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date.
