Service Description
Sunday 13th of September 2026 from 11 am Join us for a unique Italian-inspired event that brings together movement, delicious food, and the joy of the Italian lifestyle. The event begins with a welcoming Pilates class led by Veronica, suitable for all levels. Through gentle guidance and mindful movement you will improve strength, flexibility, posture and overall wellbeing. No previous Pilates experience is required, simply come with a love for all things Italian. As Veronica guides you through each exercise, she will naturally introduce a few Italian words and expressions, giving you the opportunity to experience the language in a fun and relaxed way while you move. After the class, unwind and enjoy a freshly prepared Italian aperitivo buffet created by Chef Lorenzo, featuring a generous selection of authentic seasonal dishes, savoury bites, and traditional Italian flavours. This is more than a Pilates class. It is an opportunity to move, taste, connect, and enjoy a little piece of Italy in a warm and friendly atmosphere. What’s included Pilates class with Veronica Freshly prepared Italian aperitivo buffet by Chef Lorenzo Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. A minimum of 10 participants is required for the event to take place.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned! If you are unable to attend a course/class or 1:1 session, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds are not permitted, but we allow rescheduling up to 48 hours before the start time. For cultural and culinary events, cancellations or rescheduling are only possible with at least 30 days’ notice. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling. Should the course provider need to cancel or reschedule a session or event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date.
